These are the committees within our guild. Consider volunteering your time helping out the guild. It’s a good way to make new friends and be helpful.
- Banquet/Potluck – Assist with planning the holiday dinner and the year-end appreciation dinner
- Bus Trip
- Community Service – Coordinate guild service projects, including Choices
- Fundraising/Group Quilt
- Group Quilt – Coordinate the production of the guild’s opportunity quilt
- Historian – Keep a historical record of guild activities
- Hospitality – Greet members and guests at meetings, assist with registration, and welcome new members
- Library – Organize and oversee the guild’s extensive library
- Quilt Challenges – Coordinate the guild’s challenges, including quilts, blocks, or round robin
- Quilt Show – Plan and coordinate the guild’s quilt show
- Retreats – Organize and oversee the annual retreat
- Sunshine Corner – Send get well cards and notes of encouragement to members and guests
- Workshops – Organize and promote quilting education through workshops and lectures
